Tailvia is a small business based in Perth, Western Australia.
It is run by Damien, a tradesman who has spent years working outdoors in all kinds of weather. He knows how tough the heat and the cold can be, and they are just as tough on our dogs, cats, horses and other pets. That is what Tailvia is about: simple, useful gear that makes life easier and more comfortable for your pets, all year round.
Meet Baki, the face of Tailvia
Baki is Damien's dog, a chocolate-and-white pitbull of around 40 kg who lives in the south of France. He's the face of Tailvia, and a good reminder that our gear has to work for big, strong dogs too. Meet Baki
What we sell
We keep the range practical: cooling mats, vests and bandanas for hot days, coats, self-warming mats and cosy beds for cold ones, plus travel, grooming, collar and feeding essentials. Each product is easy to use and made to be used again and again.
How we work
- Your order is shipped from our partner warehouse with tracking.
- Shipping is free across Australia on orders of $39 or more.
- Shipping is free to the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, Canada and New Zealand.
- We also ship to many other countries, with the shipping price shown at checkout before you pay.
- If something is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we replace it or refund you. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.
