Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand and Europe (France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria and Ireland). We also ship to many other countries: if your country is available at checkout, we can deliver to you.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery time

Australia: usually 7 to 14 business days after dispatch. Remote areas can take a little longer.
United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Canada and New Zealand: usually 8 to 20 business days after dispatch.
Other countries: usually 12 to 30 business days after dispatch.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Shipping rates

Australia: tracked standard shipping $8.95 AUD, free on orders of $39 AUD or more.
United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Canada and New Zealand: free tracked shipping. The shipping cost is already included in the price you see.
Other countries: tracked shipping based on the weight of your order. The exact price is shown at checkout before you pay.

The Pet Cooling Mat is not available for delivery to the United States or Austria. The Riding Crop and the Shock-Absorbing Quilted Saddle Pad are not available for delivery to the United States or Austria.

Duties and taxes

Prices are shown in your local currency. Prices for Australian orders include GST. For international orders, import duties and taxes in the destination country may apply and are paid by the customer, unless they are shown as included at checkout.
