How does the pet cooling mat work?

The breathable mesh top lets your pet's body heat escape instead of trapping it like a fluffy bed. It needs no water, gel, power or freezer. Always give pets shade and fresh water on hot days. See our guide to keeping your dog cool.

How do I use the cooling vest and bandanas?

Soak them in cold water, wring out the excess and put them on your dog. As the water evaporates, it draws heat away. When they dry out, wet them again.

How does the self-warming mat work?

It reflects your pet's own body heat back to them, so it feels cosy within minutes. There is no plug, no battery and nothing to chew through, so it is safe to leave out day and night.

How do I pick the right size?

Each product page has a size guide. For coats and vests, measure around the widest part of your dog's chest and go up a size if you are in between. Not sure? Email us your pet's breed and weight and we'll help.

How much is shipping?

Australia: tracked shipping is $8.95, and free on orders of $39 or more.
United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Canada and New Zealand: free tracked shipping, already included in the price you see.
Other countries: based on the weight of your order.

How long will my order take?

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery then usually takes 7 to 14 business days in Australia, 8 to 20 business days to the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, Canada and New Zealand, and 12 to 30 business days elsewhere. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. See our shipping policy.

Can I return an item?

Yes. Faulty, damaged or wrong items are replaced or refunded, shipping included. For a change of mind, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. See our refund policy for details.

Do these products replace shade, water or shelter?

No. They help your pet stay more comfortable, but pets still need shade and fresh water on hot days, warm shelter on cold days, and a vet's advice when they are unwell.
