How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days and usually arrive in 7 to 14 business days in Australia, or 8 to 20 business days in most other countries. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
How does the pet cooling mat work?
The mat has a breathable mesh centre that lets body heat escape instead of trapping it, so your dog or cat gets a cooler spot to stretch out on hot days.
Which size should I choose?

Can I return it?
Yes. If an item is faulty or damaged, we replace or refund it, shipping included. For a change of mind, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes. Shipping is free and tracked to the US, UK, Europe, Canada and New Zealand, and free in Australia on orders over $39. A few large items (the cooling mat, the riding crop and the shock-absorbing saddle pad) can't be shipped to the US.
