• M – chest 39–56 cm / back 35 cm
• L – chest 49–70 cm / back 42 cm
• XL – chest 60–80 cm / back 50 cm
• 2XL – chest 74–94 cm / back 58 cm
• 3XL – chest 84–110 cm / back 67 cm

Measure around the widest part of the chest. If your dog is between sizes, go up one.

Good to know: evaporative cooling works best in dry heat and needs re-wetting once the vest dries. It helps, but it doesn't replace shade, fresh water and walking in the cooler parts of the day.
