This website is operated by Tailvia, a business of Damien Gabriel Bertrand, sole trader, ABN 90 493 866 744, Perth, Western Australia. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Prices

Prices are shown in the currency of the country you shop from. Prices for Australian orders include GST. For orders to the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Canada and New Zealand, shipping is already included in the price.

3. Orders and payment

Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. Payment is taken at checkout through secure payment providers. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or if there is an obvious pricing error, in which case you will be refunded in full.

4. Safe use

Our products are made for everyday pet care and comfort. Always check the size guide, supervise your pet the first few times they use a new product, and remove any item that is damaged or being chewed. Cooling and warming products do not replace water, shade, shelter or advice from your vet.
